The Morning Collect

Lord God, our Father,

thank you for bringing us safely to this day.

Preserve us by your mighty power,

protect us from sin,

and keep us safe in any adversity;

and in all we do direct us to the fulfilling of your purposes.

We offer our prayer

through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
