Toy Library Volunteers We know that many of our volunteers will be away or unavailable for a number of weeks during June and July. Could you please check your diary and put your name on the roster if you will be available during this time so we can plan ahead. Please let Jannie know if there is a period of time when you are unavailable. Thank you for your ongoing support of this ministry.
BUDGET Would all organisations within the Parish please submit a budget to the Treasurer, Neville Mason within the next couple of weeks. Neville requires them to enable him to prepare the budget for the Annual General Meeting. If you have any queries please contact Neville.

Are you handy with a camera?
To help everyone recognize people who make up the many
organizations within our Parish, we require lots of photos.
These will be displayed in our new look entrance to
Christ Church and at the other Parish Churches.
You can send them to the office by email, on a CD
or just the photos themselves.
We are hoping to have them all displayed
by Pentecost—31st May.
