Thank you to all those in our churches who have helped with the singing, serving, decorating and reading over the last few days.
To the Olivers for making all our palm crosses.
For those who have made our wonderful banners of the seven sacraments which are now hanging in Christ Church.
For those who have provided a wonderful luncheon today.
For all those who have slaved away in the office unseen (where do you think all these wonderful books come from)
To those who have spent the week visiting the housebound and hospital bound.
Book Fair A total of $17,510 was raised which is overwhelming and our sincere thanks must go to everyone who participated to make this an outstanding success. It was amazing how many books were donated and the number of people who volunteered to man the shop – both from the parish and outside. Thank you one and all.
The funds will be distributed shortly to Haiti Disaster Relief, Fistula—Addis Abbiba, Francis Foundation in Warrnambool and Medical Research in Cambodia. A presentation to Dr Mark Johnson for his work in Cambodia to take place at our Mothers’ Union meeting on Wednesday 28th April. All welcome.
