Shrove Tuesday Pancake Day 24th February.  This year the Mothers’ Union is catering for a family evening meal commencing at 5.30pm until 7.30pm in the Canon Julien Centre.  Everyone is welcome.  A donation entry.  Sweet and Savory pancakes will be served.  Come as a family and enjoy the evening.

Cologne New Philharmonic Chamber Orchestra (Germany) is performing at Christ Church Hamilton on Thursday 5th March at 8.00 pm.  The program will include works by Vivaldi, Bach, Paganini, Tchaikovski and Pachelbel.  Tickets $30, $25 Concession and $20 students are available from Bellcourt Books or at the church from 7pm on the night of the concert.

World Day of Prayer Friday 6th March.  Cavendish at 10.00am at St Mark’s.  Hamilton at 2.00pm at Christ Church.  Penshurst at the Uniting Church at 10.00am and Dunkeld at the Uniting Church at 11.00am.   All welcome.

Scottish Dancing will now be on Tuesday nights at 7.30pm.

Book Fair  Our annual Book Fair will be held from 16th March at the Hamilton Centro (shop facing onto Safeway car park).  Please send donations of books to Christ Church Parish office or to Brian Lacy beforehand so that pricing can be done prior to setting up.  Please advertise the Book Fair far and wide.  Details of the organizations to benefit from sales will be published later.

The Pastoral Care Team will meet with Fr Richard on Thursday 26th February at 2pm in the home of Marjorie Keeble, 24 French Street.  Anyone interested in this important aspect of ministry is invited to attend.

Hamilton Deanery A.W.G. Annual Meeting will be held on February 16th at 10.00am.  Please bring your own lunch and goods to sell on the stall.  Hamilton group will supply afternoon tea.
